Support

Need help with Avenique? We do not operate a member support phone line. Use the paths below.

If you are in danger

Avenique is not a crisis line, counseling service, or emergency responder.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away.

If you are in emotional crisis or thinking about suicide, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country immediately.

Report to Avenique after you are safe. Reporting to us is not a substitute for emergency help. See our Safety Rules and Terms of Use.

In the app, Safety Center may list additional independent resources for your region. Avenique does not provide medical or crisis counseling.

Members with the app (preferred)

Open Help & support (Membership or Settings) to send a request to our team. Choose a category:

  • Account
  • Billing
  • Technical
  • Verification

You can track replies in the same place. Standard requests target a first response within 72 hours; Premium members with priority support target 24 hours when Premium is available.

Safety reports, blocking, and account appeals belong in Safety Center, not the support ticket form. If your account was restricted and you can still sign in, file an appeal there first.

For a planned in-person meeting, you can add a trusted contact in the app (date check-in). That person is someone you choose—not Avenique support.

We reply by email only—never by phone.

  • Account appeals. If you cannot sign in to appeal in the app, choose Appeals. See the Community Guidelines.
